How to watch a gay couple’s wedding from the comfort of your living room
A gay couple has set the Guinness World Record for the longest and most intimate gay wedding ceremony in a house.
They also set a new world record for the most guests at the ceremony.
The couple, who are from South Africa, said they couldn’t have asked for a better venue for their wedding.
They said it’s one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended and that they were just as thrilled with the reception as the guests were.
I’m so happy to have been able to do this, said Sarah, a 38-year-old IT worker.
I’m proud of my family and my partner, and it’s an absolute honour.
It’s not my job, it’s not for me to be here, it doesn’t feel right, but this is what I love.
A friend of the couple, Chris, said the ceremony was the best he’s ever seen.
“It was very much a work in progress,” he said.
Chris said he had to sit down for five hours to make sure he could get the best possible lighting for the ceremony, and to have a beautiful, festive wedding venue.
He said it was the first time he’s had to go to a gay wedding, but it was a lot of fun.
We were very excited, Chris said.
We felt so safe.
There was no alcohol, and the wedding was held inside a home with lots of candles, and lots of special touches to make it a really special occasion.
Wedding in your living space is becoming increasingly common as the number of gay and lesbian couples has increased.
According to the gay marriage lobby group Stonewall, there are more than 15,000 gay marriages taking place worldwide this year.
This year, the couple were married on Saturday at the house they shared with their partner, who is originally from Zimbabwe.
Sarah and Chris said the couple was not the first couple to marry in a home.
My partner and I were the first gay couple to be married in a public place in South Africa.
The ceremony was held in a private room in the house, in a way that was really special, said Chris.
For Sarah, this was also a milestone.
She said she had been planning for a big ceremony, but the couple said they could accommodate any guests.
That was the thing that really struck us, and we were so happy, said John, the owner of the wedding venue in Cape Town.
What we have here is a wedding in our living room, the perfect way to celebrate, said Mark, the director of the house.
It was a real joy to be a part of, said Brian, the house manager.
It’s one thing to say you’re gay and to be accepted by other people, it was another thing to go out and say it.
All our guests loved it, he said, adding that the venue is very well decorated and that there are plenty of candles and pictures of couples on the walls.
And we’re not ashamed to say it, it has been a huge honour, said one of Sarah’s friends, Jelani.
So happy we’re finally doing it.
